"Client" refers to any individual or entity seeking employment candidates through the Company’s services.
"Candidate" refers to any job seeker utilizing the Company’s services for employment opportunities.

S&S Organizations LLC specializes in staffing and job placement for remote call center positions. We act as an intermediary between Clients and Candidates to facilitate employment opportunities.

Clients and Candidates must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the United States. By engaging with our services, you confirm that all provided information is accurate and up-to-date.

• Clients must provide accurate job descriptions, qualifications, and any necessary employment conditions.
• Clients are responsible for conducting their own due diligence, including interviews, background checks, and employment verification.
• Clients must comply with all applicable labor laws and regulations when hiring Candidates.

• Candidates must provide truthful information regarding their skills, experience, and qualifications.
• Candidates understand that S&S Organizations LLC does not guarantee job placement or continued employment.
• Candidates are responsible for fulfilling any employer requirements, including training and performance expectations.

• Clients agree to pay all applicable service fees as outlined in their agreement with S&S Organizations LLC.
• Fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in a signed contract.
• Candidates are not required to pay for job placement services.

Both Clients and Candidates agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or sensitive information obtained through S&S Organizations LLC. Any misuse of such information may result in termination of services and possible legal action.

S&S Organizations LLC is not responsible for any disputes, losses, or damages arising from the hiring process, job performance, or termination of employment. Clients and Candidates assume all risks associated with employment decisions.

S&S Organizations LLC reserves the right to terminate services at any time if a Client or Candidate violates these terms and conditions or engages in unethical behavior.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the state of. Any disputes must be resolved in a court within the state.

S&S Organizations LLC may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
